There are various ways to sell real estate and this is dependent on the client’s needs and expectations. We aim to get the best price for our clients, with a quick turnaround time. The technology we use allows for fast and accurate processes.

Step one is visiting the property to determine the value and thus aligning the price with the client’s expectations. Once we have achieved this, we market the property nationally on our local platforms.

Online and On-Property Auctions
An auction can be held on the premises, or on our online platform / app. This is our preferred method of sale which can take place between 6 to 8 weeks from when the contract was concluded between us and the seller.

A well-formulated document (bidderspack) including all the information about the property is compiled for the potential buyer. A reserve price is agreed on prior to the sale, with a set date along with pre-approved bidders to ensure the process and sale run smoothly.

Direct Sales
Although a sale gets more interest through an auction, we also do private-treaty sales. This approach works better for properties with higher values. A marketing specialist will value the property and put an information pack together, and thereafter publish the property online as well as approach potential buyers in the area.
